How long has Peek been in business? We our doors in February, 2002. It seems like yesterday! We've seen tremendous growth since then and witnessed many scrapbook trends come and go. Not a day goes by that we don't realize just how much of a blessing this store, and the people we meet, are to us. |

How is shipping cost determined? Shipping is based on carrier, destination, and weight. We try to charge actual shipping, plus a minimal amount for for insurance in some cases.. |

Do you ship outside the United States? Yes, we do. Please be aware that you will be responsible for customs and any other taxes your country may charge when you receive your package. ** ALL ** orders sent outside the United States will have the required customs document attached, with the value of the order documented. |

How much do you charge to ship to... Shipping is based on weight, shipping destination, and carrier. To see the charge for shipping, put the item(s) in your cart, and the shipping charge will be calculated and displayed. |

Will you mark the customs form with a lower amount so I don't have to pay customs? No. |

Why is my cart still full after submitting my order? Our system sends the notification email and empties the cart when you return to Peek after the payment screens. If you exit from Paypal or authorize.net, that leaves the cart full and no confirmation email is sent. This is done on purpose - we don't want to delete your cart until we are sure that payment was successful. Otherwise you would have to input your order again if the payment processor was down. You will need to display your cart, and delete the contents manually. Be sure and always click through the screens after payment, until you are returned to Peek. |

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email when I submitted my order? See "Cart still full" above. |

Do you accept pre-orders? No, we do not take pre-orders at Peek. Arrival of product can be unpredictable, and it's also possible that it will arrive damaged which requires an additional wait while we send that back and get a replacement. For these reasons, we've found that pre-orders ofter result in disappointment for the buyer. However, we will be happy to send you an email when product arrives. You can either sign up for the new products email list (bottom of the home page), or send an email to service@apeekintoyesterday.com letting us know which product you are interested in. |

Will you hold an order for me? No. As much as we would like to hold orders so you can combine future orders and save on shipping, we simply don't have the space to do this. |
